Housing Needs Assessment and Survey (2025)

The Tahoe Regional Planning Agency (TRPA) and the Tahoe Truckee Community Foundation (TTCF) worked with other organizations and agencies to develop parallel housing needs assessments, including a local resident and worker survey. Together, the results will inform potential policies and programs to increase access to housing for residents and workers in the Greater Lake Tahoe Region (the Lake Tahoe Basin, plus the Tahoe-Truckee Unified School District boundary, which includes parts of Eastern Placer and Nevada Counties, including the Town of Truckee).
