Growth Management/Development Rights 101 - Public Webinar

Join TRPA planners and guest speaker Rick Pruetz, national expert in growth management planning, on March 24 from 2:00-3:30 pm on Zoom for a discussion on TRPA’s growth management system and how it can better incentivize a diverse range of housing options. This webinar will explore growth management planning, best practices, and an overview of TRPA’s approach to protecting the environment while providing for orderly development. This webinar is for the public and anyone who is interested in being more engaged in the planning process in the basin, including the Cultivating Community, Conserving the Basin project of the Tahoe Living initiative. The webinar will be in English and Spanish and the recordings will be posted after the webinar on tahoeliving.org. The presentation is anticipated to be approximately 45-60 minutes long with 25 minutes for questions.
