Stormwater Management & Housing at Lake Tahoe

What is stormwater management? And what does it have to do with affordable and workforce housing at Lake Tahoe? The answer is—more than you might think! Join Shay Navarro, TRPA’s Stormwater Program Manager, as she explains the fundamentals of stormwater management and how it shapes policy and the built environment. Jacob Stock, will follow to discuss Tahoe’s stormwater management policies, including the coverage system, its environmental benefits, and unintended consequences. The webinar will include Q&A focused on how Tahoe’s stormwater policies can better protect the Lake and support housing for all!
